I have been using the large Wigzi retractable leash now for a few years with my Olde English Bulldogges. I LOVE the soft gel handle!! I usually only use the retractable leashes when I am taking them outside in our yard to go potty, usually not on walks, as I like the control of a normal leash. They have worked well, but as with any leash, there has been wear and tear. Especially since my dogs are large and strong! I am on my second replacement in 2 years. I was hesitant to contact the company a second time for another free replacement thinking they wouldn't honor my request. However, to my surprise, one of the co-founders, Nathan, called me directly and ended up sending me a replacement immediately with a pre-paid return label to send the broken one back to him so he could inspect it to find out what the issue was to make their products even better. He also sent me a follow-up e-mail to make sure that I received the replacement leash okay. Just bought a new Flexi 16 ft Neon Yellow retractable Leash for our 70 lb Golden Retriever. Product works great and is nicely reflective, a very nice feature for night-time walks. Great product! Typically I walk my mongrel late in the evenings. This product is very useful in mitigating the possibilities of being hit by a car. I do wish it was a tad brighter, but what ya gonna do? Not certain how the collar will hold up overtime nor can I testify on its craftsmanship. We do not use it everyday and my baby is only 13.2 pounds – sheâs not too rough with it.michael.m
Battery lasts for loooong walks, I use the flash mode seems to alert other dog walkers fine which is great bcs my dog is struggling with socializing due to her autism. Its a comfy length. the only thing I would change is I would like a light strip on both sides of the leash.krystaglause0
