want to look their best at all times.... When it's cold outside,
our shorthaired friends have to be kept warm on their walks....
And when it's raining, having a good raincoat can make the
difference between a dachsie who will "go" outside and one who
will simply refuse to endure raindrops, preferring instead to
"go" in the warmth and comfort of home! Auntie Pat hand-makes
coats that satisfy all these needs. All of the coats are
machine-washable, and all but the raincoats can go into the dryer
too. They fasten easily with Velcro closures (which should be
closed before washing).

Your Dog
To choose the
correct size for your dog, follow these steps:
1. Measure your
dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
2. Choose the correct size:
Small -- 10
to 13 inches
Medium -- 14 to 17 inches
Large -- 18 to 21 inches
3. CHOOSE THE
NEXT LARGEST SIZE IF...the measurement is at or slightly over
the maximum measurement for the smaller size -- e.g., if the
measurement is 13 1/4 inches, choose a Medium, not a Small.
Also CHOOSE THE NEXT LARGEST SIZE IF...your dog has a thick
coat, broad chest, or wide trunk.
